Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the item you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form will be generated for you to download and print.

• 3.
  Pack Your VAULTBAG®

  Securely place the item in its original dust bag and box, ensuring all tags are attached and the return form is included inside.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
